The service people showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. And did a excellent job. I would recommend Best Buy installation to anyone.

Worth it if you don’t want to do it yourself. But they will upsale you. The upsale may be worth it just be prepared to pay at the time of service.

the agents set up my tv and the three extra boxes with ease and connected my other devices to my satisfaction used my geek squad membership to set up another tv in the master bedroom

The two female Geek Squad people were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough - they explained as they went and all in all it was a good experience and the tv looks great above the fireplace!

BB installers took down one tv and put up my new LG G1 and hooked up my devices and also new denon receiver. It all took 3 plus hours but at least they were careful and thorough and did a great job. Service was included in my total protection plan, so I tipped the two guys for doing such a good job. I used my existing Sanus mount to be safer as the flush mount that comes with G1 is rather small and doesn’t span studs in wall. Also allowed for putting tv where I wanted and I prefer the floating look anyway. Very happy with installation!

The geek squad did an excellent job mounting my TV and setting it up. They were neat and efficient. For $49, this service cannot be beat (that’s if youhave a geek squad subscription).

They delivered my 75" flat screen installed tested it and hid the wires and provided a demonstration. All in about 45 minutes

There was some confusion about my ceiling speakers , they thought i was gonna for sure replace them when that was not exactly the plan .. it was only of needed / ones I had didn’t work well . Geek Squad installed this mount and the TV. This was not necessarily a cake walk of an installation, and they did a real good job. Things turned out just the way I wanted them to with this mount and TV.
