TV setup was great. They took their time to get it correct and after installation demonstrated how the wall mount and TV worked.

Having professional installation of our TV over the fireplace gave us peace of mind that it would be done properly

First of all...The agents came earlier than I expected to mount and set up my TV which I truly dig. they mounted my TV and set it up with no issues.

Was expecting "Geek Squad". Instead, TV was installed by an outsourced 3rd party. They should up at the house with my new TV in the bed of their truck. Fortunately, there were no issues with the TV but was expecting something more professional. They were nice guys who did a good job. I had provided new 4K HDMI 2.1 cables. Only AFTER they completed the install did they tell me that they couldn't get one of the cables through the in-wall cable management tube. They setup my AppleTV device behind the TV just sitting on the mount. So far it's working fine but would have been nice if they had consulted me prior to making their own decision. The tube in the wall is 2 inches so there should not have been a problem with 2 HDMI cables. They were NOT equiped to handle this job. They could have easily fished the cables through but did not have the proper tools. Should not have cost me $250 for this job.

Buying a professional mount and having Best Buy install it is always a good idea I’m not worried about my TV falling off the wall.

Bobby Rodriguez and his partner Dan from Geek Squad are amazing! They spent several hours at my house installing my TV and sound system. They were very helpful explaining how everything worked and recommending where to locate different components. They were also neat, friendly amd efficient. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and service!

The guys put up the new bracket and installed my tv. They connected my Roku and made sure everything worked well.

Were about 30 minutes late but hooked everything up very professionally. Were very anxious to give good service. Cleaned up everything very well. Gewat job.

The agents mounted my 5 TVs throught the house. They were professional and timely. One installer made a mistake and cut out some drywall where a beam is located. The dry spot was poorly covered.
