Geek Squad Service

He arrived on time after calling me to let me know he was on the way. On arrival he was very respectful and was aware of what he was supposed to do. He removed the old tv, transferred the mount, and reinstalled the new tv and set it all up with the remote. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone needing new electronics or appliances.

He was friendly and was able to mount a new wall mount and mount our TV on it.

The installers took it back and had a new one order and was installed the following week. I was not pleased to have to wait a total of 2 weeks. But the problem was taken care of with no further problems
