The geek squad that set up my tv mounting bar, tv & blu ray. They were quick, clean & courteous

Did a outstanding job an a short time very professional at all times

The agents mounted my TV quickly and even mounted my Roku on the back of the TV to hide all the wires. After they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, Excellent service!

Crew was very knowledgeable and customer focused. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because their phone support specific to scheduling/rescheduling was abysmal to say the least. But the installation crew was awesome!

The gentleman that came out was fantastic. He set the tv up quickly and professionally. He also made certain I was comfortable with using the remote the way he set it up.

Couldn't ask for better people than Sam and Jacob. Couldn't put the TV where it was originally supposed to go so they searched the living room and came up with an idea that was just AWESOME!!!!

I am beyond Happy with the experience I had today with geek squad! they mounted my 77" TV & sound bar and I looks amazing. they do the job so fast and very professional. they then set up everything on the tv I literally just sat down started watching tv I didn't have to do not one thing. they also explained everything to me and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. The best part for me as a wife and mother was not having to do the clean up because they took care of that! I am a very happy Customer and it was worth every penny to have them come and install the tv for me.

This wall mount was perfect for the TV that we had. The guys that installed everything did a fantastic job. They were quick and when they left you couldn't tell they were here. Everything was great.

The installer were fantastic. The store did not have my TV that was supposed to be installed and the technicians went out of there way to find the TV in another store. They came out and did a great job. Explained everything and even sold me a soundbar connector which is great. They were a little late because they could not find the TV at first. I knew why they were late because they had explained what was happening. Extremely professional under difficult circumstances.

I needed to have a broken tv taken down and a new one put up in its place. Since this was a very expensive Oled tv I didn’t want to take the chance and mess anything up so decided to leave the tv in its box and let a “professional” handle everything... The 1 installer arrived on time which was nice, he asked what room the tv was going in I said upstairs. He then proceeded to rip open the box like a kid at Christmas: Styrofoam everywhere (I was better off doing this my self) that made me really mad but I bit my tongue and let it go. He then hoisted the tv up over his head like it was nothing and climbed the stairs. When he got to the top the side of tv smacked into the railing. His immediate response was “whoops” then with a smirk he continued as if nothing happend and entered my room. Fortunately there was no marks or damage to the tv at all. Believe me I looked but that’s not the point. He then plopped the tv down on its face (on my bed) which I read was a no no for oleds. (Something about the inside of panel being extremely fragile) this allowed him to put the mounting bracket on the back of the tv. Once the tv was mounted he connected all the wires but didn’t bother to zip tie or neatly run the wires through the mount. Infact at the end he didn’t even try to turn on the tv to check if everything was working. The whole job was just a complete mess. As soon as he left I then had to re wire and zip tie all the wires as neatly as I could. I was unable to watch the tv the way he left it, with the the wires dangling allover the place it would have been way to distracting. Aside from that I also had to clean my house both my living room, where he unboxed the tv and my bedroom where the tv was mounted looked like a cyclone hit it. Styrofoam, plastic, and cardboard everywhere, not to mention the footprints from his dirty shoes. Now I know all installs aren’t always this bad. In fact the one prior to this was perfect. They made sure to put those shoe proctectors on, neatly dressed all wires and cleaned up after they were done. They even took the time to go through and change some picture settings for me with out even asking. I guess its all luck on which installer you get but it shouldn’t work like that.

The Techs were awesome in putting this on my wall with the tv. Thanks for answering all of my worry questions about it and the safety issues too. Thanks so much
