Was very happy with the service we received. My tv was wall mounted and my Amazon devices set up for three televisions. Both Geek Squad specialists were very pleasant to work with.

the team cam to the house and installed a TV above a fireplace. The installation took about three hours. The team was professional and clean.

My experience with the geek squad for the first time was as expected and then-some! They came prepared and also had a mount for me for a second TV I decided to get mounted in my newly built apartment! The tech was very nice and accommodating. I even had an issue to where I noticed my soundbar was crooked and reached out to the Tech and he came back in-between appointment times to make it right! Highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad for any home TV/Theater mounting needs!

The days of moving a TV by myself to another room are over! The Geek Squad is a GREAT resource and they do a great job. They put the TV where I wanted it, which involved taking it off one wall, removing the mounting bracket and mounting it on another wall in another room. Because there are limitations, i.e., wall studs, etc., they politely explained to me why it "couldn't go 2 inches over" LOL! And because I couldn't move the TV furniture before they got there (a long console which housed the electronics and which I didn't want to disturb before their arrival), they were kind enough to even move the console from one room to another - which they really didn't have to do! Super happy with the service.

The Geek Squad does a great job with mounting TVs. This was the third tv I had them mount. Extremely affordable with Total Tech Support. I highly recommend.
