Geek Squad members were professional and quickly installed my TV. They explained some of the functions and I felt ready to use my new TV.

The two person team was punctual, respectful, careful, mindful of the area worked in, fast, and efficient.

Agents were very knowledgeable and took their time on the install. Highly recommend and don't wast your time on any other service or even doing it yourself.

My geek squad agent was professional and courteous. Knew a lot the installation and features of my project. Was able to go beyond and show all the features and explain everything.

Geek Squad came at time scheduled, mounted my TV, and did a very neat job. I might add they wore masks the whole time they were here.

I buy tv March 5th . still waiting still waiting for deliver somehow they keep canceling my order not sure. i.sm not buying anything anymore from Best buy. Riverdale store store manager Sarah she's very rude with me she acting like she don't understanding what I'm saying what happening to with my order no customer service scale
