Terrific Geek Squad team professionally set up my TV

The Geek squad team was very proficient, helpful, and professional. The TV was installed properly and the set up was done well. Brenden Moreau and his team did a good job!

The team did a great job installing my TV. It saved me from what would have inevitably been a lot of tears, screaming and holes in the wall!

The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. I would have liked for the soundbar to be included in the setup along with the TV, but hopefully, it will be simple enough that I will be glad I saved myself the fee.

It took over 35 phone calls and emails just to get my credit card receipt; never showed up the first appointment time as they "rescheduled" me without telling me; missed the next one too. Third time they showed up. The guys who showed up and did the work were great and did a wonderful job, so that brought the average up to 3 stars. But the back office, scheduling, phone centers, local store, mishandling of my monies, etc., and nobody getting back to me (even to this day) nor owning up to the issues, it would otherwise be zero stars. so they get the job done, but beware of the horrible, horrible service before then.

The agents are very polite and had this television mounted on the wall in my bedroom in about 20 minutes.

Team arrived within window of four hours within the last hour would have hoped earlier but installation was done but removed an Apple TV box which I wish they hadn’t and have called for them to return to fix

The serviceman mounted my TV exactly where I wanted it He made sure that the TV connections were working before he left.

I had engaged geek squad to install a 4K TV on the wall in our family room. The tech was on time, knowledgeable, did a great job, and provided helpful hints using the mount and working around it's quirks.
