The team did a terrific job. They were friendly, efficient and careful not to make a mess. I was very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness.

The agents worked very hard and creatively and even moved furniture to mount my tv in a good spot when we unexpectedly found brick behind the plaster. But when 2 came for extra training, one was very clear and patient with me as I made notes, but the other kept interrupting to say,” You can also do it this other way “ so I ended up very confused and disappointed and will have to call or request another session with one person.

These guys do a great job of hanging displays on the wall. You should not even consider doing it yourself, especially if the display is 65" or larger. If you mess it up, it's on you. They won't mess it up, but if they did, they'll take care of everything. Set yourself up for success by making sure they have a place to park, you have a path from there to your wall and you hang around to answer any questions.

My experience with geek squad was timely, clear and my need was met. I didn't give it 5 stars because there were long holds between activities and I was muted consistently during the call.
