We wanted an aging plasma TV replaced with 4K QLED technology. The existing mount is part of an entertainment console. The techs moved the console out of its alcove about a foot, proceeded to remove the safety screws and attachment screws, and then lifted out the plasma TV. Mounting the new TV was more challenging, To properly fit the new TV required fighting with a bracket that made inserting the screws that screw into the rear of the TV a challenge. With some brute force determination, the installers made it work. I am glad I did not try it with my wife's assistance. They had the experience needed, I would have been very frustrated.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing our new wall mount TV. The install had some challenges including running wire through, but the did a great job. They even cleaned up afterward.

“Wishy Washy” on types of services rendered. Inconsistent. The television was mounted according to location I request. He offered to install something for a means of getting TV to electric outlet. Why didn’t he set up the Roku, when asked? I am handicapped, can’t walk.

John & Lou arrived on time. They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They demo’d how to use the remote controls and how to traverse through it all. Being a female, this was everything. They answered all my addl questions which gave me all the comfort level to enjoy my new cool SAMSUNG 65” inch TV Q60B QLED.
