Hauled away trash, one negative they took additional screw kit that came with the TV mount that I purchased after advising them to leave the box. No one reached back out to me after 2 attempts to contact.

Didn't have all the necessary parts on their van to complete the installation. Had to read the instruction booklet myself to understand how to operate.
