The agent that came out to our home was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took down the television that was being returned and mounted the new LG that we purchased. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He even attached the sound bar we had purchased from Best Buy a while ago to the LG remote. This eliminated us having a separate remote for the sound only. He applied all the adjustments and made sure we fully understood the remote. He also took our old TV back to Best Buy since we are Beta members.

Bestbuy really stuck the landing on my Wallpaper TV install !!! Should’ve went with them first since the other two guys choked and didn’t show up.

Professionals, Courteous and Knowledgeable. The wall mounting of a 65" TV was done carefully. All connections from TV to receiver and peripheral's to receiver were accurately done. Sound system was tested. Universal pairing of cable remote to all devices also completed and tested for accuracy. No complaints and very happy with their service (3rd time this year using Geek Squad - all well done!).

The Geek Squad arrived on time and mounted a 65" Samsung TV perfectly over our gas log fireplace. We had a bracket that persented some challeges. It was tricky to determine how high the TV would end up over our mantle, given the location of the VESA bracket mounting holes on the TV and the adjustablility options on the bracket. They got it right, and it did not take them very long. Also, they were very nice guys.

Just moved into our new house here and we had your crew come in and mount the new 43 in Smart TV we bought in our local Best Buy on the wall in our bedroom and then checked the 55 in we bought a year ago and moved across the country. The service provided by geek squad professionals highly exceeded my expectations! On time and reliable! They took an old defective tv off my wall and put a new one back up ! They leveled it and centered it just right always making sure I was happy with the way it looked and adjusting till it was 100% on the money. All thanks to total tech purchase! Was past two months and with out insurance this would have been a nightmare to replace! Great service! Thank you Best Buy

The Three gentleman were on time they installed the rack and tv and did an amazing job and did it safely all were wearing mask and booties on the feet
