The Geek Squad members did a great job mounting our 65” tv above the fireplace. It was worth the price to have it done by professionals who did it right.

The agents set up the TV on the mount and mounted to the wall but the TV is damaged (one side darker than the other) and they never noticed.

This was our 2nd purchase of a large screen TV, but we really jumped up from our old 52" Sony to a 75" Sony. The old and new TV's were wall mounted, and I wanted the assurance that if anything went wrong with the new TV that the Geek Squad would take the set off the wall if needed and take care of the repairs. The delivery and installation was flawless, and the crew assisted in connecting everything up to our existing home entertainment network. Cudos to the crew and Best Buy for offering this service.

Love the TV mount thT hugs mt big screen TV. You do not know that it is behind the TV. You can pull your tv from the zll and turn your TV to the side

The agents mounted the tv to the wall and all devices. They were knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after themselves

Over all the experience was good. The techs were nice and courteous. They were also early which was great. However, after I moved my dresser back up against the wall I noticed that the tv was a bit crooked. There is about an inch difference from the left side and right side. I haven’t figured out how I can fix this yet. It also leans forward. It is a tilt mount but it leans even before you move it. When I push it back it “falls”forward about a half an inch or so. This could be the mount. I’m not sure. The other tv that was mounted is on a swivel mount which I love.

The agents mounted my TV, connected my sound bar and made sure all my apps were installed, logged in and working properly. The geek squad is great!
