Quick, Professional, Great install of our 85 in Samsung Frsme TV - Looks great -

Justin, John and Tom arrived ahead of my scheduled time slot. They did an excellent job mounting the QN65QN85C to my A/V stand, leaving the perfect amount of space for my center ch Def Tech speaker. The installation and set-up of my system to the new TV was perfect. They were friendly, fast and thorough. Thank you GEEK SQUAD.

I just had the geek squad install and mount a 75 “ TV on this mount. It was worth the money. Safe and reliable with locking mechanism. This TV is not coming down with this mount

Tech showed up on time, even called before he left the store. He was very polite and professional. Very efficient. Cleaned up after himself and brought in a helper when needed.

So, they mounted my TV too low on the wall...I was left with 4 large holes and the imprints of the mount. That really bummed me out. But, as they were applying the mount to the TV, they informed me that the mount we had stuck above the TV. It was one of things where you don't know until you use it. They tried everything to find a solution with that mount, but ended up finding a different one that was available in store. They actually went to get it and bring it back during that appointment, which was awesome. It looks good up on the wall (had to patch and paint over the holes...which I still kind of see). But I liked that they helped out with that 1st mount's issue.

I like Geek Squad and Total Tech support, they are friendly and professional. They make installation and configuration very smooth and stress free!

I love that they were able to help with finding the best location for the TV mount. Super thankful for both of the employees that did the set up.

The setup team and delivery squad were friendly and fast. They made clear what to expect and left my home tidy. They arrived on schedule and communicated to let me know when to expect them. I would have liked for the soundbar to be included in the setup along with the TV, but hopefully, it will be simple enough that I will be glad I saved myself the fee.
