Geek Squad arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They also installed my TV faster than I thought they would've.

The installers were great. Very customer service oriented. They did a great job with installation and clean up. Very impressed.

We had three different Geek Squad Installers for the process of installing one TV that we returned, installing a Denon AVR receiver, and installing the replacement TV. Two of the installers were excellent, but one installer talked down to us, made some questionable recommendations, and walked out without satisfying our needs with respect to operating the system.

The driver was on time and professional. Had all of his tools available and ready to start. I use this service all the time.

This is my second install. Both were excellent in scheduling, arrival times and overall quality. Installers were knowledgeable, friendly and cleanup after the installation. I will always use this service

The Geek Squad members did an excellent job in mounting the TV and ensuring that the placement was where we wanted it. They were very certain to make sure that we were completely satisfied before they left.

I will start by saying I am giving two star for this one appointment I had and not for the entire Geek Squad team as I have had an awesome experience with you guys before. On 12/28, The guys came with a very negative attitude to replace the TV that was mounted by the awesome team on 12/20 . Thank God they were at least able to to mount the TV right but were struggling and were all over the place. I requested them to try and mount the sound bar for me and one of the guy straight up said no without even letting me finish the sentence. He came up as rude in the beginning and said he is there to just mount the TV. No courtesy no politeness and no regards to the customer service experience. I felt like I have met a different team and not the Geek Squad as my experience with the other team was very pleasant. The previous team on 12/20 had offered to mount the speakers as I did not have the mount at that moment. but the guys who serviced my place on 12/28 did not even try to make an effort to be polite and at one point he even said he will stop the mount if I am not happy. I have never experienced it before. I am giving two starts and not one because he at least got the TV standing straight. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but, the Geek Squad guys were fast, knowledgeable & did an all around great job. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves too.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job with the installation and communication of how to use the new tv’s. Their professionalism was above and beyond the call. I am extremely pleased with the outcome!!!!!!!

The Geek Squad arrived on time and mounted a 65" Samsung TV perfectly over our gas log fireplace. We had a bracket that persented some challeges. It was tricky to determine how high the TV would end up over our mantle, given the location of the VESA bracket mounting holes on the TV and the adjustablility options on the bracket. They got it right, and it did not take them very long. Also, they were very nice guys.

The Geek Squad arrived, bringing my new TV to the house. They set up the TV on the wall above a fireplace. They also made the cords nearly invisible. I highly recommend paying the setup fee.
