I am very pleased with the Geek Squad agent who set up my new Sony 65 inch tv. They were on time and very helpful with my questions and showing me tips to help me navigate my new tv and soundbar.

The crew was timely, courteous, and competent. The tv is in a perfect position.

Very happy with the installation but did have a few addional cables and such that I had to buy which cost me quite a bit extra. I think I should have been informed of this beforehand otherwise was please with the quality and care of the install.

Mounting a TV is very simple and I really wanted to do it on my own. I had my mount purchased separately and watched numerous YouTube tutorials. Took me two hours to figure things out and still wasn’t confident enough to make sure I don’t damage my 65” TV These guys came in and finished the job perfectly in 15 min. Cleaned up everything and were very professional. Yes it seems like $150 is a lot for their 15 min worth of work but you’re paying for professionalism and experience. IF YOU ARE NOT HANDY, JUST PAY FOR IT. Worth the $.

Team of installers arrived. Needed to have at least 2 for the size of the TV. Installer was familiar with the mount and installed it very quickly. TV is up and on wall. Worth the charge not having to do it myself.

I recommend Best Buy TV mounting service to anyone who want their TV mounted on the wall. They even carry recommended mounts with them in case if the one that you bought doesn't work.

The guys that mounted our TV were quick and clean. I especially appreciated that they wore shoe covers in to our home to prevent tracking dirt inside.

The geek squad lead was super knowledgeable. All I did was stand back and watch. They made sure not to damage the tv as long as my home. They cleaned up whatever mess they made.

The Geek Squad set up was superb. The technician showed me a different way to route my soundbar and blu-ray player, due to the greater number of HCMI ports on this TV vs. my old, replaced one. He was extremely helpful not only with the physical set up but also the TV programming set up. Great job.

The squad came in set up the new TV, went through how to use the remote programming, made sure it all worked. They were in and out in a half hour. Too easy.
