    The Geek Squad team worked as such, neatly installing wall mount, TV and sound bar. Programmed one remote for Cable, TV and sounder! Both team members were polite and professional!

    Best 200 I ever spent!! As always, the Best Buy staff that came to my home to install were the utmost professionals. They knew exactly what to do. Also, this is an incredible value when you realize everything included (please don't raise the price;) We were installing a 65 inch TV and the matching sound bar and sound mount. Glad I had purchased Geek Squad because there was a little balance issue at first that the Geek Squad handled so professionally and so easily. (I don't think they're called Geek Squad anymore).

    Geek squad spent a lot of time fixing 3rd party contractors mess. Vey professional, courteous etc. I would recommend their services to anyone needing professional equipment installation.

    TV mounting was quick and done very well. The tech was super nice and explained everything to us before beginning as they were mounting the tv on a brick wall. The only thing I will say is we did not know there was an extra cost for mounting on a brick wall. So definitely make sure to always ask.

    The scheduling was quick. The servicemen were professional. They made a very hard job look easy. I have total peace of mind that my TV is safely hanging on the wall. Worth every penny
