George came in took down old TV and mounted my new Samsung with ease. He explained the new tv controller after connecting my cable and speakers... thank you George!

Arrived on time with call ahead notice. The two man team was well coordinated and efficient. They wore masks, we asked but they did not require us to mask. They moved our old TV to nearby room. They did measurements quickly and efficiently answering any questions we had. After placing the TV they instructed us on use of remote, showing us some shortcuts and syncing TV to our services. Very friendly and experienced which made this a painless experience. We have been extremely satisfied with the tech package purchased several years ago and highly recommend it friends and neighbors.

We had a great experience with our install team. They arrived as scheduled and took great care during the installation of our wall mounted TV and soundbar connection. They solicited our opinions on the final placement of the TV and made the mounting without incident. They connected everything and made sure all components received updates and worked as expected. They hauled away the various boxes the equipment came in and cleaned up the area. Could not ask for better.

This is the second time I have use the service & the techs were great both times! Communicated when they would arrive, were on time, worked efficiently. This time there was a defect in the tv & the tech noticed it right away & called the store to arrange for a replacement. He immediately drove back to the store for the replacement, came back & installed it. I was very surprised they didn't make me schedule a new appointment for that. The tech was very helpful showing me the settings & even helping me setup my Hulu & Netflix apps. He also made some recommendations to increase the internet performance of the tv which worked and was very helpful.
