My son in law was going to install it but I decided not to wait and the Geek squad was quick and great, set it up channels etc. Glad I did it and would do it again

The Three gentleman were on time they installed the rack and tv and did an amazing job and did it safely all were wearing mask and booties on the feet

The guys brought a 75" TV up a flight of stairs with no issues. They installed the TV and took away the box. They also configured the wifi and apps.

I was not sure about paying $199 to mount TV to the wall and set it up, but I am really happy I did. It was a lot of measuring and took awhile to install, so I think the $199 was totally worth it!

We wanted an aging plasma TV replaced with 4K QLED technology. The existing mount is part of an entertainment console. The techs moved the console out of its alcove about a foot, proceeded to remove the safety screws and attachment screws, and then lifted out the plasma TV. Mounting the new TV was more challenging, To properly fit the new TV required fighting with a bracket that made inserting the screws that screw into the rear of the TV a challenge. With some brute force determination, the installers made it work. I am glad I did not try it with my wife's assistance. They had the experience needed, I would have been very frustrated.

Installer was quick and efficient, my tv is in a best spot and I know it’s secure. Definitely will have them come install any other tv’s and recommend to anyone else I know

Removed my old TV and had the new one up in under an hour. Set it up, concealed all the wires, cleaned up and were top in professionalism....highly recomend

The Geek Squad out did themselves on this one. First time I've utilized the install service with my Total Tech membership and they knocked my socks off. Great communications, great service & job incredibly well done. Cesar, I believe, was the name of the guy in charge and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have worked in customer-related fields for some time & can honestly say that any business would be lucky to have him on their team.

Not sure how to rate a mounting device, but it works well. More importantly, The Geek Squad installed it flawlessly. They did fine work.
