I highly recommend this service, they came when they said they would, very professional, polite and well informed. explained to me the setup and cleaned after they left, I repeat highly recommend them.

Team arrived on time. We had 3 TVs to be installed. Team installed it quickly and perfectly as per our requirements. It was a clean job. Definitely recommend the service.

Geek Squad just installed on our wall an 85" TV and took down a 75" TV. The 85" is quite large and they had a team of 3 working to install and get it running to our liking. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do without any issues. It was all free being a member of the Total Tech subscription which is great!

Removed old Tv from wall and installed the new TV. The work was done fast and effectively. Will definitely use this service again for my wall installations of TVs.

The agents quickly mounted TV and connected it to everything. No problems except for Fire Stick remote did not work. We had to get a replacement.

The agents that came to my house that day to remove my old tv and install my new tv were highly trained friendly professionals. They explained everything that they would be doing with the new installment and it took them no time to have everything completed and running. Once the tv was installed and hooked up the agents went over in specific detail how the tv and remote worked. These guys went above and beyond explaining everything and can’t thank them enough.

We had our TV mounted above our fireplace. We also have cement walls in our condo so that was also tricky. This mount has 6 screws to hold it vs the standard two screws. This mount pulls out and angles beautifully so it can be seen from many angles. This mount is only $50 more and the peace of mind is well worth it.

The guys were very knowledgeable and personable! Answered all my questions and pointed out several features of the TV that I would of never known about.

Handling the installation and set up for a large screen is well worth the cost. Getting the cable, DVD player and sound bar all put together and functioning is hassle free.

These guys are a GODSEND!!! Geek Squad has helped me set up home theaters at two different addresses, and they're available to troubleshoot as issues arose. They also recently came to my rescue when the 3rd party refrigerator installers botched my fridge install. Beyond that, Geek Squad's teams are all so knowledgeable, polite, and tidy. What more could you ask?!?
