The Geek Squad did the installation perfectly but they forgot to set up the original TV and I still haven't got it working.

Attention to detail in the installation. They paid particular attention the make sure my television was level. Very fast service. I've even talked to them on the phone for follow up service.

Just moved into our new house here and we had your crew come in and mount the new 43 in Smart TV we bought in our local Best Buy on the wall in our bedroom and then checked the 55 in we bought a year ago and moved across the country. Cant' say how grateful and pleased we were. Your guys were on time, reached out ahead of time while on the way here, were friendly, polite, personable, and got us set up in no time. That's why we keep coming back. Thank you!

The days of moving a TV by myself to another room are over! The Geek Squad is a GREAT resource and they do a great job. They put the TV where I wanted it, which involved taking it off one wall, removing the mounting bracket and mounting it on another wall in another room. Because there are limitations, i.e., wall studs, etc., they politely explained to me why it "couldn't go 2 inches over" LOL! And because I couldn't move the TV furniture before they got there (a long console which housed the electronics and which I didn't want to disturb before their arrival), they were kind enough to even move the console from one room to another - which they really didn't have to do! Super happy with the service.

The delivery men disconnected the old TV & moved it to garage. After installing the new one, I was asked if we needed anything else at that time.
