GEEK SQUAD INSTALLATION

They reviewed all items to be installed with our new flat screen. Advised me of an additional charge for a non Best Buy accessory. Upon completion, all shipping boxes were removed and my home was was returned to normal with my new equipment. Discussed the location of the install and the optimal viewing height. Upon completion of the install all components were tested for functionality discussed

Geek Squad was great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek Squad Agents mounted and installed our 55" TV and connected the sound bar (optical cable makes this easy). They were friendly, informative and efficient. They completely cleaned up after they were done- floor (pieces and dust), wiped TV down, and removed all trash and boxes. They made sure to inform us of controller use and tv operating system settings and acclimated us to the overall tv system and sound bar functions. They answered all of our questions and it was well worth paying to have them professionally mount and adjust the tv and system.
