The Geek Squad team headed by Jeremy was absolutely Outstanding! I will forever be a Best Buy Customer now. They installed 3 TV's in our new home and took great care in placement exactly where we wanted. They spent time hooking up our cable and even programmed our apps on the TV's! The Geeks showed up on time to set up my TV, when they turned it on the screen had more cracks than Humpty Dumpty. They were able to set me up with a new delivery date quickly. When the new one arrived they went over the functions with me. Very Professional

This TV seems pretty high end for the price point it's at. The Roku system has been fantastic for tying all the online channels together. Picture is fantastic. Remote is simple.

Well it’s doing it’s job as far as holding the tv the way it should so I’m happy with that no problems with it also it looks very good where it’s at I am very satisfied with it!

So, they mounted my TV too low on the wall...I was left with 4 large holes and the imprints of the mount. That really bummed me out. But, as they were applying the mount to the TV, they informed me that the mount we had stuck above the TV. It was one of things where you don't know until you use it. They tried everything to find a solution with that mount, but ended up finding a different one that was available in store. They actually went to get it and bring it back during that appointment, which was awesome. It looks good up on the wall (had to patch and paint over the holes...which I still kind of see). But I liked that they helped out with that 1st mount's issue.
