Courteous and professional. But I do not like your off shore call center, you need to go back to the old way of doing things.

The two techs that installed the TV are amazing. Hard working and having fun while doing the work. These two guys made my wife feel at ease while being home alone with two strangers.

After purchasing an expensive piece of technology, you want to make sure it will stay where it needs to be. I feel that it was installed with care and safety is taken into consideration too.

Two highly knowledgeable Geek Squad agent arrived right on time, talked me through the process, showed me where they wanted to mount the TV, and completed the process very quickly, efficiently and effectively. This is the second time we've used this service in the last 6 months, and I HIGHLY recommend it. After they completed the installation, they also cleaned everything up and gave me a great tutorial on how to use everything. The agents we had were experts in their field and also very kind and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service for ANY in-home service need we might have in the future and I wouldn't consider another vendor.

The agent was on time, polite, and very efficient. He showed me how to use the remote and what to look out for with the new TV. This agent was top-notch.

Mounting process was fairly easy. Connected everything as I asked for it to be done.

The Total Tech crew came over and mounted 3 TVs. Two of the mounts were purchased from a 3rd party. They knew what they were doing and TVs look good mounted on the wall(s).
