Great and quick mounting of my TV. No issues during or after install.

The Squad installed two tv's recently. They were very professional and did a good job

We ordered a TV mount, install, and TV. We had to change the initial TV order and everything completely blew up. We had to cancel out the mount and install, not just the TV. I had to call 2-3 times to attempt to reschedule. We ended up just cancelling everything because customer service couldn't setup the install on the new TV. After we called an cancelled, we received a call back and they were able to figure out how to reschedule the mounting and TV install. I don't know what cause the problems, but it was an absolute fiasco.

The tech did a great job setting things up for me. He explained what he was doing at at different stages of the work. I appreciate that.

The agent mounted my 3 tvs on the wall and it was great. They connected my other components and programed my remotes. I am in heaven.... Great job...

Love this - so glad Best Buy started this - had tv mounted on wall at my mom's and it looks great. Going to be bringing in laptop as well as MAC. Got the Total Tech plan - love it.

Geek Squad came out and mounted by TV and my cable box tray. They were on time and did a excellent job without a mess.

I will say, Geek Squad was very courteous, very aware of covid restrictions, very professional. They were prompt, and made sure the tv was mounted correctly. Why I'm knocking off a star is because they setup the tv with the smarthub and acknowledging all the privacy statements with out asking me about it, nor discussing the potential implications of signing fully onboard with Samsung. -.75 Stars Even worst, when they were setting up the devices, they kept pairing the tv with a soundbar in a completely different room attached to a different screen. It took me a while to figure out what they did and fix it. I was able to fix this issue, but it did take me a while to figure out what was going on. -.25 stars.

it's a great product, but the thing impressive me is their install service, very polite and professional, they even wear shoe cover before enter my house. Highly recommend it.

TV mounting was exceptional. It can be 50/50 depending on who shows up however this one the Geek Squad got right. Well done.
