First time I've utilized the install service with my Total Tech membership and they knocked my socks off. Great communications, great service & job incredibly well done. Cesar, I believe, was the name of the guy in charge and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have worked in customer-related fields for some time & can honestly say that any business would be lucky to have him on their team.

The folks were professional, they communicated very well, and they explained how everything worked once I had my new 85" Sony TV, Sony 4k blu ray player, and Roku stream bar hooked up. They called the day before to let me know when they expected to arrive. They called the morning they were coming, and they worked quickly and efficiently. If you need help getting your new TV installed, call these guys!
