The agents came in and mounted my TV and setup the tv - since it was a smart TV got it online with my network in minutes. Also went over the features.

Very professional delivery and installation of my 65” Samsung Series 8 TV. They arrived on time, were friendly and quick, and answered all my questions.

They were on time, did the job in a professional manner, I'm happy with their work.

I hired the geek squad to mount my 55" TV on the wall in my bedroom and they did not disappoint. I wasn't sure whether or not I should have put together my wall mount and disconnected my old tv prior to them coming, but I was assured that I wouldnt have to worry about anything. Everything was done for me with the exception of setting up the TV which is not included in the basic service, but that's something that I was easily able to do myself. The cords were all tied up neatly, and everything I had connected to my old TV (PS4, Cable Box) was connected to the new one. My new TV looks absolutely stunning on the wall, and I would definitely hire the geek squad again in the future.

They were not only SUPER respectful and efficient but they were able to service us even though we had issues with the initial order. They went out of their way to service us FIRST on the day we rescheduled but remembered parts of our previous conversation the first time. Setup came not only on time but ahead of schedule when my father came back from surgery to enjoy the TV. I wish I had more to tip them they were the BEST service men to ever install product at our house and my praises can’t be higher for them. You guys did great give these guys a raise!!!

I actually had to have 2 visits to set up my TV properly. The first, techs set up tv with sound system, it worked for 10 minutes and quit. While they were trying to address the concern, one of the techs sat down in my recliner and played with his phone till it was time to leave. He seemed like he did not care about my concern. I called to get a redo and the second set of techs knew what they were doing. They tried different thing and finally arrived at a solution that was acceptable to me.

They were very knowledgeable. They provided great feedback with effective and efficient service.

I have had a few TVs mounted from geek squad. Every time it’s been a great service experience and I’m always happy with the work in the end. Definitely recommend.

Sunny installed my new mount and tv quickly and efficiently and then cleaned it all up. It looked as if it had been there forever. I would hire them again in a minute!

I have had several TVs wall mounted by the Best Buy guys. They do a great job and the install looks awesome!!

Great job installing the tv. Forgot something and had to come back and get it after I asked him to return to the job to get it.

Mounting a TV is very simple and I really wanted to do it on my own. I had my mount purchased separately and watched numerous YouTube tutorials. Took me two hours to figure things out and still wasn’t confident enough to make sure I don’t damage my 65” TV These guys came in and finished the job perfectly in 15 min. Cleaned up everything and were very professional. Yes it seems like $150 is a lot for their 15 min worth of work but you’re paying for professionalism and experience. IF YOU ARE NOT HANDY, JUST PAY FOR IT. Worth the $.

The crew was on time, respectful, and efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done and left me with some good advice on features and accessories.

They put the TV on the wall so fast and it was perfect; it's exactly where I wanted it. They showed me all the new features of my new TV and how to move the TV and mount easily.

the agents came in and hid the cable wires for my tv's inside the walls and they were very quick and professional. They did a great job with no mess.

Installers routed the cables and installed all items completely. Very courteous and knowledgeable agents. All attachments worked as they should. Well worth the extra price.
