Guys knew what they are doing and did good job

Helpful, but slow responding to post- installation

However, subsequent corrective services solved all issues. Somewhat annoyed with initial work, but all was corrected to my satisfaction.

Took two tries to install tv/sound system

The first, techs set up tv with sound system, it worked for 10 minutes and quit. While they were trying to address the concern, one of the techs sat down in my recliner and played with his phone till it was time to leave. He seemed like he did not care about my concern. I called to get a redo and the second set of techs knew what they were doing. They tried different thing and finally arrived at a solution that was acceptable to me.
