He showed me what I needed to know in order to enjoy this new item. On top of that, he cleaned up after himself and left my home almost in better shape than it was when he arrived. He was completely professional and answered all of my questions without making me feel foolish or that I was imposing on him. I rate him an excellent individual and look forward to working with Best Buy/Geek Squad for future purchases.

Mixed Results with Installation

Two of the installers were excellent, but one installer talked down to us, made some questionable recommendations, and walked out without satisfying our needs with respect to operating the system.
