2 Tv's were mounted, recalled was done to have one moved as it was too low and almost on the chest of drawers

The two guys that mounted my tv and set up my devices were professional and did a good job. They had a HDMI cable in van because guy at the store forgot to tell me I needed one. They were able to hook up two of my other devices for me also.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices in a fast, friendly, and informative manner.

Jack was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and good with explaining things. He did not rush.

Awesome mounting and setting up our tv by the techs, Geek Squad!

The guys showed up on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly talented. They delivered our new 85 inch tv, hung it, made recommendations on how to get the best sound quality out of the viewing experience, and then hooked everything up to the home theatre. I was very impressed as they did amazing work. Highly recommend using them for installation and delivery!!!

The Geek Squad did an outstanding job installing and explaining the functions of the tv. They arrived on time. They also recommended and installed a sound system that works great with the TV. The Geek Squad saved me alot of frustration in the installation process. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The BestBuy Geek Squad installers are fantastic. I just moved into a new house and have had them install three (3) TV's and a sound bar in the last two (2) months. They sure know what they are doing. I'm very finicky about how my TV's and the equipment attached to them is installed. They made each one of these look clean and organized. They know all about the items they are installing so once they have it installed and setup they explain to you how to operate it and answer any questions you may have.

The guys called and were able come early. They explained the process and laid everything out in a professional manner. Cleaned up when they were finished

What is the 65" Frame TV because of the art mode feature. Since there's more to it than just turning the TV on and off I was hoping to get some help from customer service on how to work together features. The arc mode is supposed to turn on when you enter the room and turn it self off when no one is in the room but I have not been able to figure How to use this feature. I thought someone from the Geek Squad would come out and show me all the different features with this $2000 television But so far I have not been able to get any help. Very disappointed In this part of the customer service
