They were the best. I had another repair man working on another item and was moving back and forth between them. The installers set up my streaming and walked me through the remote control and the tv functions. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

The agents mounted the TV above the fireplace very quickly and it looks great.

TV mounting was fast and easy. Their expertise used a system that I never would have thought of. No fuss, no muss, and best of all no aggravation.

The two guys who came out were very professional and fast to set up my TV and sound bar. They walked me through how to use the features and optimized both items for performance.

Top notch service and very professional folks! They even cleaned up the space.

Two fellows came to mount my TV, they were quick, very efficeent, and very helpful. They even helped me to set up the controller and system, which was not required but very very kind.

Over all the experience was good. The techs were nice and courteous. They were also early which was great. However, after I moved my dresser back up against the wall I noticed that the tv was a bit crooked. There is about an inch difference from the left side and right side. I haven’t figured out how I can fix this yet. It also leans forward. It is a tilt mount but it leans even before you move it. When I push it back it “falls”forward about a half an inch or so. This could be the mount. I’m not sure. The other tv that was mounted is on a swivel mount which I love.

Great work by geek squad! They took down tv & other wall mount & hung up new 65” LG ORGANIZED NETFLIX, Prime, Apple Max, Hulu etc etc …all in a row so I wouldn’t have to hunt for the ones I always use. Good part is I didn’t have to pay because I renew my plan yearly…yayyyy!!!!

TV installation was great. The two techs quickly and neatly mounted my TV on the wall.

Travis Sallee came by right on time and in an hour or so mounted the TV, upgrading the connection so that now I have an outlet to place lighted decorations up! So pleased with my tv...
