You don't always get what you pay for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agents mounted my television and connected my devices, it looks really good, however, because of where my reciever was placed behind the tv, we were told to aim the remote at the ceiling, instead of it working properly we spent nearly everyday for two weeks either rebooting the system, calling our provider or not being able to watch the tv..I finally took the receiver down and placed it on a table, it worked fine, so my husband placed it in a lower area behind the tv, it works fine. I know it is not their fault but it was frustrating to spend the extra money to have the television mounted where I wanted it and then because of a simple error, I was not able to enjoy it immediately.

Professional Service at its best

Excellent TV installation

I requested Geek Squad and not outside contractor. Louie and his team arrived on time. I asked them to use old mounting and not the new mounting bracket i also bought just in case. They worked meticulously and did accurate measurement. Then setup my remote and cleaned the area. Excellent work!! Thank you !

Placed the television set exactly in the middle of my strange wall. Went above and beyond their duty. Wires concealed behind wall and even helped me move my 9.4.4 surround system back in place.

Total Tech is worth it for installation
