What is the 65" Frame TV because of the art mode feature. Since there's more to it than just turning the TV on and off I was hoping to get some help from customer service on how to work together features. The arc mode is supposed to turn on when you enter the room and turn it self off when no one is in the room but I have not been able to figure How to use this feature. I thought someone from the Geek Squad would come out and show me all the different features with this $2000 television But so far I have not been able to get any help. Very disappointed In this part of the customer service

Excellent Service... Geek squad did an excellent job on the wall Television installation.

Greek squad technician was punctual and made the process look very easy. Time from start to finish was an hour. Technician set up my TV, cable box, fire stick, and DVD player.

My goal was to turn my garage into a gaming/gym/man-cave.. Sam from GeekSquad mounted all electronics to the wall seamlessly. No cords are visible. I feel like I am in an adult arcade room every day I come home from my 12hour shift. It’s like I have recreated a ProGamer setup! Fantastic work guys!

Two guys did the installation. Very professional throughout. I had a different mount I had purchased but they discovered it would not work. They were able to provide a suitable mount without having to setup another install appointment. They did a great job of walking me through the features after installation.
