The guys were on time, pleasant, efficient and very helpful. They mounted my TV and set it up along with setting up our new sound system. They were great.

The 2 men were professional and knew exactly what to do. They talked about what needed to be done and took care of it. I was very pleased that they left no mess.

The agents mounted the tv in record time. This included wiring to my other devices. It was a real pleasure to meet the two of them. They were courteous, attentive to my requests as to position and height of the mounting while being sure that it was mounted in a most secure position.

The agent that mounted my TV was courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing.

I will say, Geek Squad was very courteous, very aware of covid restrictions, very professional. They were prompt, and made sure the tv was mounted correctly. Why I'm knocking off a star is because they setup the tv with the smarthub and acknowledging all the privacy statements with out asking me about it, nor discussing the potential implications of signing fully onboard with Samsung. -.75 Stars Even worst, when they were setting up the devices, they kept pairing the tv with a soundbar in a completely different room attached to a different screen. It took me a while to figure out what they did and fix it. I was able to fix this issue, but it did take me a while to figure out what was going on. -.25 stars.

The agents werevery professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They mounted the tv in less than an hour.

I like best buy, however the outside people they use is. Quite confusing.Im not going to say don't go to shop there because it's a really great store, customer service is a different story..... They need to work on compensating people for their problems that they have with deliveries

This TV seems pretty high end for the price point it's at. The Roku system has been fantastic for tying all the online channels together. Picture is fantastic. Remote is simple.

Well it’s doing it’s job as far as holding the tv the way it should so I’m happy with that no problems with it also it looks very good where it’s at I am very satisfied with it!

The technician kept it simple.. installed and mounted plus for a extra fee add an outlet kept clean did exactly what we expected. Very happy

The young men, Andy and Erin knew their stuff. Very efficient, knowledgeable, each one did different things to set up mount and put TV on mount quickly.
