The installation went good..the tv and mount looks good. I wanted to add a in wall power surge but unfortunately the agent didn’t have the correct one on him…luckily I was able to purchase one from the store but have to schedule another appointment. I would caution BB to instruct there agents not to mention they have other appointments behind them as it makes the current customer feel there being rushed. But overall satisfied with product and install.

I was encouraged by Best Buy staff and family members to choose Samsung TVs. I am happy I did as they are easy to use and have many good features.

Did a very good job. I’m certainly glad I didn’t have to do it. They put the TV above the fireplace and it was balanced and centered it looks great.

The BestBuy Geek Squad installers are fantastic. I just moved into a new house and have had them install three (3) TV's and a sound bar in the last two (2) months. They sure know what they are doing. I'm very finicky about how my TV's and the equipment attached to them is installed. They made each one of these look clean and organized. They know all about the items they are installing so once they have it installed and setup they explain to you how to operate it and answer any questions you may have.
