Quick and Done Well

Super fast and easy

They were in and out in about 30 minutes and the tv is exactly where I wanted it to be, they even cleared out the packaging for me, it was great.

Technician was great: scheduling is terrible

Scheduling Geek Squad is a pain. you cannot get ahold of the local office as there is only the central 800 #, mostly of reps who do not speak english well, details are then not transferred to the local agent and rescheduling begins. It took 5 attempts to get the last service scheduled.
