Geek squad is a perfect purchase they no only hang the tv for you but program it to your liking as well and show u everything there is to know about your new purchase

The geek squad members were awesome. Did an amazing job setting up and explaining how the product worked. It was a very good experience.

I did not have a Geek install. I had a outside technician who was fabulous! My mount had not come when he initially arrived and he agreed to come back later, which game me time to go buy one from Best Buy. While it was extremely disappointing that my local Best Buy had 16 of them but ordered mine from Chicago, I was pleased with the level of service I received from the technician!

The fellows who set up my new TV were so professional doing their job. They cleaned up the mess that was made opening the box, which I appreciated. I was impressed with the job they did.

The initial consultation was excellent. The installation crew did a great job getting the full system installed and neatly organized.

The squad connected everything in an excellent manner. It's still working very well.

Brandon was amazing. He and Josh were so pleasant and professional. They had the work quite well organized. They kept the area cleaned as the work was done. Brandon sat with me and set up everything I needed for viewing pleasure. He explained many of the details. I feel that I could call him if I have questions.
