Fast service. They mounted the way I wanted and set everything up. They wore slippers to not get my home dirty. And the service was free! Definitely would do it again.

The mount is exactly what I wanted it to be it actually moves around my TV and makes it better for my TV experience!!!!!

Had GeekSquad come and take my tv down and remount it in a different location in my house. It is a 85” TV. Whoever did the install (I was not here, my wife was) either missed the stud, or over tightened the bolts. My drywall wall started to cave in. I contacted bestbuy and the soonest they would come and take the TV down was 3 weeks later and by then the TV would have likely hit the floor. I asked if there was anything sooner as I’ve had children in my house as well as pets. The answer was no. I then had to contact someone else to help get the TV down. We started the insurance claim and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours. No phone call, no email, nothing. I then reached back out to them stated they let them know and to look for an email, and the email never came. I was then told that I would need to front the bill to have the wall fixed and then send the bill to their insurance. Again, I find that unacceptable as I should not be responsible for their mistake.here I am almost 5 weeks later and still no communication.

They did a great job installing and answering my questions.

Geek Squad is amazing. Thank you for setting up my 5 large screen TV’s and Sonos systems. You keep the work area clean and intact making sure that I can work everything before you leave.

They did an excellent job with my tv Installation! It was a challenge because it's 65" and in a corner. They had it done in less than 20 minutes. I just need to arrange my equipment how I want it. I love it! Thanks guys!

This has been absolutely the WORST experience ever and I’ve even work at Best Buy and have never heard of such a situation. I don’t ever plan on doing a service with Best Buy Geek Squad ever again. I purchased a 75” Samsung Tv as well as a mounting service. Both services were scheduled to be done 11/30. I’ve had to reschedule and move my entire day around 4 times in span of three weeks and still can’t get the services done. I finally received my tv last week but still am having issues with mounting it. I have multiple email confirmations and the last email I have was for December 14th (I’ll include a screenshot) yet they don’t have it in their system. I’ve talked to multiple people as well as two supervisors and they all say the same thing. They can’t do anything to actually help aside from suggesting to reschedule. For one of the days I scheduled for my tv to be mounted and delivered I physically seen the geek squad truck parked outside across the street from my apartment in the grocery store parking lot. I waited to receive a call and never did however from what I was informed it was left in some notes that a phone call was mad and they had no access to the building. I watched them drive off and never contacted me. It also does not help that the number that’s left on the app and given out is geek squad call center. They don’t have any direct contact with the actual geek squad service teams that are going out to do the services.

This wallmount is easy to use and fits perfectly with my 65in Samsung Q90R.

The two techs arrived on time and looked very and acted very professional. I showed them where the tv was to be mounted and they went right to work. In less than 45 minutes they were done. It looked great. I would highly recommend Best Buy techs for your job. Great job!

Rob and Kody did an excellent job mounting my 75” Frame TV. They wore masks and booties and cleaned up any messes they had made drilling into the wall. They were professional and efficient. Don’t try this alone!
