I purchased a Hisense 65 inch tv. There was a defect of the first Hisense tv which was turning off every 30minutes to 2 hours or so. I was however incredibly pleased with the image quality of the tv. Best Buy replaced the tv with another of the same model and it is working flawlessly. For the price of $419.00 I doubt you can find a better 65 inch tv and the image quality compares to tv's selling for twice the price.

agent was prompt and mounted my tv and connected all the necesssry wires so i could watch immediately. Did additional tv in a bedroom while he was here.
