The tech was very experienced and explained the operation clearly. He showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with.

Geek Squad came in, unpacked 75" TV, attached mount bracket, then placed on wall. Made all adjustments, started TV, hooked up to internet and WIFI. Got YouTube TV going. Explained remote. Then took all trash with then when they left. Well worth the money.

Hat;s off to Jen and Kevin. Could not have asked for two better technicians. They came in, introduced themselves, removed my old TV and wall mounted my new TV and TV speaker using a univserial wall mount. I watched them work, clearly they new what they were doing. They explained each step. They made sure that the TV was working and connected to my cable and sound bar.

Geek squad installed 2 flat screens and 2 wall mounts , 2 sound bars and 2 sound bar mounts with excellent installation and time consumed.

The overall quality of 'The Geek Squad' is dependent on the sum of all the individual 3rd party providers. What I found most disappointing was that my local 'Best Buy' store provided very little oversight of what seem to be an anonymous collection of 3rd party providers (some good, some bad). Work is scheduled from a remote call center and backlogged so that visits were generally 2-weeks out. My local store's (Mountain View, CA) sales manager and local geek squad personnel were generally unreachable by phone and basically uninvolved.
