If your a total tech member its worth it. I had 2 tvs mounted and its included w being a member

What is the 65" Frame TV because of the art mode feature. Since there's more to it than just turning the TV on and off I was hoping to get some help from customer service on how to work together features. The arc mode is supposed to turn on when you enter the room and turn it self off when no one is in the room but I have not been able to figure How to use this feature. I thought someone from the Geek Squad would come out and show me all the different features with this $2000 television But so far I have not been able to get any help. Very disappointed In this part of the customer service

Leo the tech was great, installed The Frame and soundbar with care, detail and setup the devices after mounting. Scheduling Geek Squad is a pain. you cannot get ahold of the local office as there is only the central 800 #, mostly of reps who do not speak english well, details are then not transferred to the local agent and rescheduling begins. It took 5 attempts to get the last service scheduled.

The installers that came to my apartment were awesome. Very professional and they knew what they were doing. I’m extremely please with the work

It is a little pricey, but worth it nonetheless. The team was profecional, and they took care of all the installation as promised.

The installation went good..the tv and mount looks good. I wanted to add a in wall power surge but unfortunately the agent didn’t have the correct one on him…luckily I was able to purchase one from the store but have to schedule another appointment. I would caution BB to instruct there agents not to mention they have other appointments behind them as it makes the current customer feel there being rushed. But overall satisfied with product and install.

They did a great job. Would have them install all my TV'S again.
