The Geek Squad did an amazing job mounting my TV. The install was perfect, fast and they hooked up my tv and showed me how to use it as well.

I love my new TV and the effortless (for me) installation, demonstration of usage and tips my installer gave me. Quick and cleaned up afterwards.

David, the Geek Squad technician installed our new 65 inch LG TV and large articulating wall mount bracket on 6/10/2020, in about 1 1/2 hours. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge regarding the TV and other components connections and set-up and his ability to assemble and install the large articulating wall mount that I provided...and one he had never seen before. He then followed up with detailed instructions on the new TV to components operations. David was pleasant throughout and an excellent example of the best of Geek Squad talent.

The Geek Squad installed my new TV quickly and professionally. They did a great job, Will definitely use them again.

The agents that mounted my TV took pride in their work. One installed realized some parts were missing from the mount. This technician then contacted his team member who was on route to grab the parts. A true sense of doing a job right and caring enough to look ahead. The other aspect that stood out was afterwards. Both technicians were eager to show me what my TV can do for me. They emphases questions from me, instructed me on care with the devise.

Wish I could remember his name, Francisco or Fernando mounted my TV in an amazingly professional manner all by himself. He knew what he was doing and had it done in a matter of minutes including taking the TV out of the box, mounting the bracket, attaching the TV to the bracket, bundling the wiring so that it was barely noticeable and cleaning up after himself. I swear it seemed like 5 minutes. Centered properly and he set up my TV so it was ready to go including my sound system, blu-ray player and Apple TV. I couldn't have been happier with this professional job and the courtesy of your Geek Squad technician. I was impressed.

Technician were knowledgable and concerned about our input. Second time we have had Geek Squad help us with installation; great both times!

Hat;s off to Jen and Kevin. Could not have asked for two better technicians. They came in, introduced themselves, removed my old TV and wall mounted my new TV and TV speaker using a univserial wall mount. I watched them work, clearly they new what they were doing. They explained each step. They made sure that the TV was working and connected to my cable and sound bar.
