The Geek Squad installed the Sony XBR 43X800H and connected two external devices successfully. They also helped install apps. The technicians were punctual and professional.

The two gentlemen who came to my home to connect my new TV were professional and worked quickly. When they left everything was working, but the next morning I could no longer use both remotes. Instead I have to use the TV remote to turn on, and my provider remote for everything else. Also, the sound won't come out my home theatre sound system, so I'm stuck with only the TV speakers. It's been two weeks, and things have gotten busy at my house. I will need to call the Geek Squad back for a return visit.

Two guys from Geek Squad did a great job mounting our tv with our full-motion mount. They knew exactly what to do in our new home and were careful with hanging our new mount and 75" tv. Pulling the HDMI and optical cables through our wall tube was tricky, but they figured it out and everything is nicely hidden. Hooking up our Samsung soundbar was very quick.

The 2 team members from the Greek squad did a Great job installing our new TV and Bracket. They were both very polite and respectful. They went above and beyond. Thank you!
