Still missing a wall wire cover piece

However he was out of the plastic wall covers for the wires. I contacted him a day or two later to ask him or another agent in my area to drop the cover by. He never returned my call. Yes I can drive across the Potomac to the Best Buy in Alexandria VA to pick up the cover. But should I really have to since I paid for the convenience of the installation?

adaptable, fast, and polite

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers called before coming, and were right on time. they put their shoe protectors on and we headed upstairs to install the tv. Low and behold the tv couldn't be mounted where I wanted because the studs were too far part, wanting to get it over with without having to buy a new mount they measured other areas in the room until they found a spot that would suite me and the studs were spaced correctly. thankfully they knew the correct height for placement, they put it up in a flash, reprogrammed my remote, and were out the door. I think it all took less than a half hour. would highly recommend!
