THE GEEK SQUAD MOUNTED MY TV FAST AND CLEAN UP AFTER. HOOK ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT TO THE TV AND SET THE CHANNEL REMOTE. GREAT SERVICE...............

The agent went way beyond the call of duty on this install. Everything went well with the install, but we had an issue with the cable box that Spectrum had sent so we weren't getting a clear picture or sound. Even though it was not his fault or issue, agent would not leave until everything was working, which involved switching out some cable boxes, testing equipment, etc. All of this was done at the busiest time of year, just before Christmas. Cannot rate this service, or agent, highly enough!

They installed TV on existing mount and connected to our DTV and did a great job showing me how TV and remount worked and all its features.

Installed our new 65 inch TV including wall mount and various attached electronics. Did a great job. Efficient and friendly guys. Definitely recommend the Geek Squad.

I installed a heavy duty mount myself since Best Buy did not have the model I wanted. Geek squad came and installed it to my directions and specifications. It was a lot to install the tv (which is fantastic by the way) but it is an expensive tv and I did not want some relative or friend dropping it on me. Greek Squad members were good as they knew what they were doing and also as important they listened to me.
