They do everything for you. Take the tv out of the box and put the mount on it and get it where you wont it on the wall... make sure you have your own all mount.

The Geek Squad did a superb job in mounting two new Samsung televisions. They were very professional and worked safely and efficiently. They also had a couple of required cables in their truck that they sold to me on the spot so I didn’t have to run out to the nearest Best Buy store. Finally, once the televisions and were up and running, the Geek Squad gave a tutorial on how everything operates including channels, apps, and remote control. I was very impressed with these gentlemen and much appreciative!

I am always very pleased with the Geek Squad extended warranty services, this was the first time I had them come out to my home to do any work. The TV was mounted well, and I definitely like that it is covered as far as if it were to fall off the wall the TV would be replaced at no cost. I was a bit disappointed to find that after The Geek Squad left the TV had not been updated, it was not connected to my wireless network, My streaming services were not set up, and the wires were left in a bit of a rats nest. I would still recommend it, just be prepared to watch over the production to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction.
