Geek Squad Service is great!

Matt and Rich explained everything, and we needed a free standing mounted to the TV. They showed me a swivel free stand on the website for Best Buy. It was perfect. They continued on with their service calls, and came back with the stand to mount on the TV. I purchased it right from the website. We are pleased with our service, and the Geek Squad are very knowledgeable! Thank you guys again!

Mount/power box install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a tv mount and in wall power kit. I had Geek squad install both. Did a great job with the installation. Since I have a Samsung tv that has the one connect box ( not rated to run wire in wall ) I asked the tech if he could install/ hide the box and wires behind the tv, he did and you would never know it’s there. Tech then reconnected all my devices/ Hdmi cables and zip tied them up to hide behind my receiver. Great Job definitely recommend them if you need a tv mount installation.

Great Geek Squad

Very professional and mounted the TV perfectly and best of all, they were very neat. Cleaned up and took away all the packing material and left the room spotless. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.
