I made the right choice by getting the tv mounting. I can extend the tv closer to viewing area or shift its angle as need up down and in sidewise direction

Love my mount .. I can move my 75” Sony TV in a bunch of different directions in my room.

The Geek squad guys were professional and installed the TV quickly.

The agents did a great job mounting my new tv and installing my new Roku tv.

The agent went way beyond the call of duty on this install. Everything went well with the install, but we had an issue with the cable box that Spectrum had sent so we weren't getting a clear picture or sound. Even though it was not his fault or issue, agent would not leave until everything was working, which involved switching out some cable boxes, testing equipment, etc. All of this was done at the busiest time of year, just before Christmas. Cannot rate this service, or agent, highly enough!

Tom and Ant wall-mounted a new TV for me. They were very timely, courteous, and competent. After discussing options, I learned I could use my existing wall mount - and that saved $135. Nice. Tom was absolutely expert in identifying the right TV height. All the work was cleaned up beautifully. Well done gentlemen. And icing on the cake, the price just dropped, so I saved another 10% through price matching.

The agent was a total professional very courteous , wore shoe covers . Went over all the components made sure everything was working properly then added the new TV in to my system ,And tested not just the TV but all components with the install Explained everything as he was going through the process then made it all work with (ONE REMOTE) Did I Already say Good Job! can't say that enough . Just don't see it Techs Like this He Did Best Buy Proud! Raise Time Baby..

The guys showed up on time and were very helpful installing and integrating the new tv with my older receiver.

The st tech was terrible. Thats where i learned that the Geek squad farmed out there work. He left without connecting the tv.Shows that Best Buy hires the handicapped as he wasbrain dead the second teck was excellent and completed the pconnection in 5 minutes

The agents put up with my indecisions and were very patient. I really appreciated their input about where to mount the bracket.
