My TV was installed at the previous home so I had to wait for that to be brought to my home after. The whole process was overall frustrating with not much remorse. The TV was mounted fine though.

Our technician went above and beyond to get our television hooked up to our cable box and be sure we had our new television working before he left.

This is great in my media room! Really gives me a movie theater feel from my 85 inch tv!

The two techs that delivered the TV made it look easy. They removed other TV, changed the wall mount and had me up and going, well worth every penny.

Had this tv for about a year now. Picture quality is good. I have no complaints.

The guys did their job. We found out shortly thereafter that the HDMI cord actually was bad and needed to be replaced. I wish there had been a way for them to have checked it when they were here. Also, I asked if there was any reason I would have need to access the rear of the TV... and they told me no.... in fact the HDMI and USB ports are on the rear panel. I had purchased a full motion mount in case of this, but when they said it was not necessary to access the rear, I returned it... only to find out that in fact it is necessary to access the rear in order to plug in any HDMI or USB for any accessory.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I like them calling 20 before coming. They wore masks and shoe covers.

Installer was punctual and polite. Did a good job at physical installation. There were some issues with programming the TV with my Comcast remote. It was solved sometime later by a 2nd visit.
