The agents even went back to Best Buy to pick up and installed and mounted my new TV when they found out that my current TV was not performing correctly!!

Since I had paid for a combined service of running wires, connecting my TV with wires, and mounting the TV, I have to write this review several times. The service is worth it if you are lazy or can’t do it yourself.

Geek squad had to take down my tv and install a new Apple TV box and then remount the tv. Did a great job!

This is my second time having Best buy come and install my tv on the wall and I'm very satisfied with the service, the installers right away got to work, were kind and courteous. They arrived right when they said and when it was done they cleaned up, took my through my new options on the tv vs the old one i had before. i appreciated their confidence with installing an 85" tv. Definitely will have them again if i buy another

Honestly it’s a simple job to do yourself but you’re better off having them do it. If you do it yourself and break the tv your screwed, but if they do it.. lol

James was absolutely amazing. He installed 3 large televisions. Mounted them by himself because his helper never showed up. To my amazement they look great.
