Customer Ratings & Reviews

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. In and out with professional installation.

Team who came to install the TV were knowledgeable and very courteous. I appreciated their professionalism.

My agent was proactive! I was concerned about the size of the tv compared to the unit it was going to go into but she handled it like the pro she is!

Geek Squad did a great job mounting this tv in our bed room happy with the service, and very professional.

This was so nice, having a professional come to our cottage, completely install everything perfect. Best installation I've had. All I had to do was relax and watch.

The Geek Squad came to our rescue. After dealing with service people with no expertise, finally getting the geek squad was all we needed. They were great. Worked until they got my tv up and working and stayed beyond the work hours to explain how to use it. I highly recommend our geek squad team! They did an excellent job. From now on I will only use the the geek squad for my electronics needs.

The Geek Squad installed the TV and its components so easily and explained everything as they worked. It was such a pleasure having them do what they do best.

My in home team was professional and prompt. They went right to work. Explained everything very well.

These guys showed up and spent all the time necessary to install it professionally and train us on our new system. I'll never do it myself again.

JR Vera and his sidekick, I don't remember his name, were so smooth with the installation of this TV. And they showed us how to use it. Great guys.

The men put the mount on the wall & mounted my TV. They took the box the TV was delivered in, but must ave placed the box the mount came in into the TV box because after they left, i couldn’t find the Amazon box the mount came in. The box should have had the extra brackets because those were not left either. Although I probably will not need these extras, I would have assumed they would have left them or at least asked about them before taking them. They also left dust/trash on the shelves when they finished. This was definitely not the same type of experience I had with the first pair of technicians who put the mount & larger TV in my living room.

They were quick and very knowledgeable about everything. They answered all of my questions.

Have had several TVs mounted on the walls of my home. The Geek Squad does an excellent job in presenting options and the installation.

They did the job I paid for. Calmly politely And the way I asked, I have no problem Recommending them to everyone.
