The guys installed two TVs in an hour and tucked my cables, answered my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. One of the TVs was a 65” inch and in extremely thin and needed care being installed flush to the wall. The other was installed over shiplap. My recommendation is to purchase the Best buy total tech support if you are installing several items in the house as it will come out cheaper and offers lots of perks.

No way I would have been able to juggle getting this attached on my own. They brought out all the purchased items with them, opened up everything and mounted and connected all equipment. Even better they hauled away all the packing material and boxes as well as the old tv/media equipment. How very handy. And with my Tech Support membership, it was all free. Yay!
