They mounted and set up my TV with no problems and in less than 20 minutes

The techs installed a curved TV unit I bought. THey were very thorough in their cleanliness and installation. They showed me the deficiency in the existing mount I had and sured it up with additional long bolts before mounting my new TV. Secondly they troubleshot a whole house a/v problem I had. The receiver on my HDMI to CAT5 connection was working and I needed a new transmitter and receiver. No more audio problems once I followed the techs advice and purchased a new transmitter/receiver. Great experience.

The tv was installed on the drywall with the purchased Sony original bracket. All connections were done such as ps4, Panamax voltage regulator. It is unfortunate that the Legrand wall outlet extension purchased at Best Buy was not installed in the Austin apartment as the tech said it is not included in the drywall standard install. It would have taken them jut a few minutes as the drywall had no obstacles. Nonetheless I am still overall satisfied with the install. I will just install the Legrand wall outlet myself when I visit the apartment in the future.

Arrived on time. Did not take long to set my LG tv up and explain the the operation functions .

The st tech was terrible. Thats where i learned that the Geek squad farmed out there work. He left without connecting the tv.Shows that Best Buy hires the handicapped as he wasbrain dead the second teck was excellent and completed the pconnection in 5 minutes

Install perfect. mount pulls out easy so anyone in the family can add or change what ever is needed.
