They mounted and set up my TV with no problems and in less than 20 minutes

The installers did a nice job installing the TV and setting up the cable and the auxiliary devices. I would never attempt this myself. Let the pros do it.

The Geek Squad installation guys were A+!! This rating is for them. The process of getting them to the house was frustrating in every way. It was scheduled 4 times, two of which I stayed home from work and both appointments were no shows. The third appointment was bumped one day as well. On the phone 4 separate times. 46 minutes 42, 23 and another short call.

The delivery and mounting was seamless. No problems whatsoever. It’s a little pricy, though, which is why I took off one star.

The two members of the Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing my old television and setting up my/ new television on my wall. They were friendly, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. I did have a question after they left. I called them and they returned to answer my question and rectify my problem. Good job!

The Squad came on time and had the 75" TV out of the box and ready for installation on a wall unit I had already installed in a matter of minutes. They were in and out fast. Set the TV up expertly, explained the basics, and the TV works great.

Reps from Geek Squad were knowledge, professional and thorough. Well worth the added expense to have a great install, set up and explanations on operation.

I had my TV and Sound bar mounted by these guys and I've never had any problems with either. They were very helpful and saved me some money with advice on what to purchase next for the TV. It's worth it to have them do it as opposed to doing it yourself because of the "TV drop" insurance. If you mount the TV yourself and drop it... it's on you. If Best Buy's Geek Squad mounts if for you and they drop it... they give you a new one.
