The agents did a great and clean install and had also asked for my preference and also suggested what might work best overall end result very good

This TV has a great picture quality and sound. I was impressed with Best Buy’s installation team. They installed the TV on the wall and took time to optimize it and they showed me how everything worked. Definitely worth the money to have them do the installation.

Bought a Samsung q80 65 inch and love this mount. Best Buy did an excellent job on the install it seems.

The wall mount unit works just as it should. It fits reasonably flat against the wall, then pulls out several inches and can be tilted one way or the other.

They installed TV on existing mount and connected to our DTV and did a great job showing me how TV and remount worked and all its features.

The agents were timely, very polite and knowledgeable. Was an easy process for me.

I recently purchased a new house, where the previous owner left the wall mount, but took the bracket that holds the TV! I also wanted a larger TV for the space. Geek Squad did a fantastic job taking down the old mount (however, they did forget to remove it when finished!) and making sure the new 55" TV and wall mount was safe & secure in the basement. They were clean & efficient, and also set-up 3 other TVs throughout the house.

I made the right choice by getting the tv mounting. I can extend the tv closer to viewing area or shift its angle as need up down and in sidewise direction

The team kept trying to get the new TV to integrate with a ten year old Yamaha receiver and surround sound speaker system. They stayed beyond their standard time frame.

The Geek Squad installation guys were A+!! This rating is for them. The process of getting them to the house was frustrating in every way. It was scheduled 4 times, two of which I stayed home from work and both appointments were no shows. The third appointment was bumped one day as well. On the phone 4 separate times. 46 minutes 42, 23 and another short call.

I do not recommend using their TV mounting/installation services. Just buy the products and hire someone else if you don't want to install it yourself. Scheduling and appointment coordination is very disorganized. I scheduled the installation and was given a timeframe window, but nobody ever showed up. I had to call several times throughout the day, and each time I was told they would be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up the entire day. I then had to re-schedule, and the soonest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. That installation did go well, which is why I gave 2 stars - but it was definitely not worth the headache and frustration.
